Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated information.
You must sign in with your account before any deletion request is processed. We verify account ownership through your secure login, not by anyone typing an email address on a public page.
Confirmed account deletion also cancels future recurring Stripe Premium billing. Past payments are not refunded, and already-issued invoices or payments in progress are not reversed.
Deletion removes your account and profile, favorites, shopping list, Safety Passport, planner entries, usage counters, and Premium access records from the app's active records. Required financial and security records, including Stripe records needed to confirm cancellation, may be retained where required for accounting, regulatory, dispute, or security purposes. A minimal hashed-email record is retained solely to enforce one-time complimentary allowances, as described in our Privacy Policy.
